Ed Pink Racing Engines produces water manifold assemblies to facilitate water into or out of our
race engines. These systems are the result of our development work to enhance the overall performance of our engines. The
extremely lightweight systems are designed to improve water flow and distribution.
The EPRE Water Manifold is for the Fontana cylinder block. This modular assembly bolts to the left hand side of the block at
the three water-in locations. The front of the manifold features a –16 fitting and the rear features a water temperature
thermocouple fitting. The manifold is constructed of cast sections and O-ring sealed connector tubes that allows some
misalignment due to variations in block machine features. A XRP Hydra-Lite -16 hose assembly from the front of the manifold to
the EPRE Water Pump discharge port is available.
The EPRE Water Manifold is for the Kinsler intake manifold and Brodix cylinder heads. This system fits to the water out
positions in three places on both heads. The fabricated manifolds are a taper profile progressively increasing in size from
the rear to the front providing the most equal water flow and pressure within the engine. The system includes the
threaded fittings into the heads, the coupling hoses and the –12 fittings at the front of the manifolds.
