| With the aim to further enhance the performance of our championship winning race engines, EPRE
produces its own extremely efficient pumps. Most dry sump oil pumps feed oil into the engine and scavenge oil back out.
The EPRE air – oil separator system efficiently de-aerates the oil improving its lubrication capabilities. The scavenge
sections are connected to the air – oil separator by a large capacity, internal collector manifold that simplifies plumbing by
requiring only one large oil discharge line from the pump. There also is an internal scavenge discharge pressure relief system
that prevents discharge pressure spikes such as those experienced during high engine speed with cold oil. These spikes can
overload pump components and pump drive systems resulting in failures.
